  Which block markers can be printed with LM-3000PRO?

  The following block markers are supported:WAGO products 2009-113/114/115/145/515/615
  Card-type markers are not supported.Even for reel-type block markers, only the models listed above are supported.

  Is the ink ribbon refillable?

  A

  Yes. Only the ribbon core needs to be replaced, allowing the cassette to be reused.

  Which parts can I replace myself?

  A

  Half cutter, platen roller, thermal head. If you wish to replace these items, please contact the place of purchase.

  The power does not turn on.

  A

  Please make sure that the power switch on the back of the unit is turned on. Then press and hold the button next to the LCD screen. If the printer still does not power on after confirming that both power switches are turned on, please contact your dealer or place of purchase.
