Max deems it most essential for its continuous growth that all the employee practice independent and unrestrained creativities based on the Company's basic business attitude as the basis of their conduct and continue to improve themselves toward changes and expansion of business/operational domains through constantly valuing Customer Creed and always looking ahead of the times.

From these beliefs, employees can develop and the company will grow, creating profit. The profits created are then divided among employees and stockholders in an open and fair manner in order for the company to realize its social role.
